This policy explains what FlyffBotHax collects on this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We are responsible for this data; contact us through a support ticket.
What we collect
- Account: your name, email address and a hashed (unreadable) password; whether two-factor sign-in is on.
- Free trial and licenses: the PC ID and the license name you entered, and the key made for them. For a free trial also a scrambled code (a keyed hash) of the internet address it was started from — not the address itself.
- Orders: the plan, the price, PayPal's order and payment IDs, and the invoice.
- Support: the tickets and messages you send.
- Technical: the cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect forms, and standard server logs (IP address, time, page) kept for security.
We never receive your card or bank details — payments happen on PayPal. A PC ID is a code derived from your PC; it does not contain your name or files. The BotHax program itself does not send your gameplay, game data or screen to us.
Why
- To make your license or trial key, deliver it and show it in your account (contract).
- To keep invoices as tax and accounting law requires (legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud and abuse — for example a second free trial on the same PC — and keep the site secure (legitimate interest).
Who we share it with
- PayPal, to process payments (see PayPal's own privacy statement).
- Brevo, which sends this website's emails (verification, password reset, keys and receipts).
- Our hosting provider, which runs the server this website is on.
We don't sell your data, and the website has no advertising or tracking scripts, so there is no cookie banner: only the cookies needed for the site to work are used.
How long
Account data stays while your account exists. Orders and invoices are kept as long as the law requires (often several years). Trial records (PC ID, the scrambled internet address and the date) are kept so each PC and connection gets one trial. Server logs are deleted after a short period.
Your rights
You can see and change your name and email under Account & security, and ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete your account (except records we must keep by law) by contacting us through a support ticket. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Children
This website is not meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
